Alastair works on fine art, commercial and editorial projects, but takes the same approach to each genre, with each one feeding and inspiring the other. His prints are included in the collections of institutions such as the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and Bank Vontobel in Zurich, and he has produced several books, including Unintended Beauty (Hatje Cantz, 2020) and The Art of Impossible (Thames & Hudson, 2015). Alastair exhibits regularly and is currently showing Forms of Industry at The Royal Institute of British Architects, London and Unintended Beauty at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs et du Design (MADD), Bordeaux, France.
